We are insured with Commercial General Liability and Professional Liability. This means your property and possessions are insured for any damage that may occur during the estate liquidation and that our team is covered for any personal injury or negligence while on the property.


Our Theft Bond is in place to protect our clients from financial losses or other damages that they might incur during the sale due to employee theft, embezzlement, forgery, or destruction of property.  However, we are family owned and operated so that will never be an issue.

We strive to be the best at what we do, with our clients first and foremost in our minds at our sales.  We will use up to date technology at our sales, from payment to advertising. We want things to be simplified for the client to get an exact accounting of the sale while making things more streamlined for those attending our sales events.
