We will organize your Estate Sale in the most efficient and organized way possible.  From beginning to end, we will work with you to create a welcoming environment for our customers while respecting your needs.  You will know exactly what was sold through reporting and the total proceeds from the sale.  Our contract is very thorough and covers everything you can expect from Blackwater Creek as your estate liquidator.

Since we are a very small business, we politely request at least a month or more in advance of your sale in order to prepare properly. It would not allow us to give your sale the time and attention it deserves if we had less time for proper set up and staging.  We want to give your estate our undivided attention, which in turn, allows us to provide much better service for you and our customers.
